Vegetarian Recipes - Recipes and Menus
I developed the vegetarian diet pages and many vegetarian recipes on this site.

Many low fat recipes can be adapted to be vegetarian. Since meat and animal products are the largest contributors of saturated fat to the American diet, omitting the meat is one way for people to cut down on fat consumption. Adding more veggies ups the phytochemical ante while cutting the fat.
